Yield farming has always been the most exciting part for a new DEX. This is especially the case since Enchanter Finance has reserved a lot of tokens for liquidity providers. This article breaks down our Enchanter Finance yield farming incentives as well as highly anticipated functionalities to be added in the future.

Enchanter Finance Tokenomics Overview

• Community Vault：57%

57% is allocated to the community vault, and a major portion of this will be distributed to our liquidity providers through yield farming. This is designed to help maintain long-term Enchanter Finance community engagement and growth. At the same time, it is our intention that $ENT can be distributed fairly according to contribution and community governance.

Yield Farming Chapters and Yield Weighting System

Enchanter Finance yield farming will be carried out by different Chapters, with each lasting approximately 1 month. Every chapter will also incorporate the idea of “Yield Weighting”. All rewards per day will be weighted as 100x and distributed across different liquidity pools.

Yield Weighting Example

Total yield farm reward is 10,000 $ENT. They are to be distributed to 2 token pair liquidity pools with a weight distributed as follows

APT — USDT，30x

ENT — USDT，70x

This means APT-USDT liquidity pool will receive 3000 $ENT tokens rewards while ENT-USDT pool will receive 7000 $ENT tokens.

Each user will then be rewarded $ENT based on their position within a liquidity pool.

Alice provides 10% of the overall liquidity for ENT-USDT liquidity pool. While the pool receives 7000 $ENT token per day, Alice’s daily $ENT reward will be:

7000 * 10% = 700 $ENT

Other Yield Farm Logistics

For each yield farm chapter, the token release speed and the designated incentivized liquidity pools are subject to change and improvement. As we move towards the “Build Phase” in our roadmap, the Enchanter Finance community, as a whole, will decide on our future direction.

For the Yield Farm V2.0, we are expecting to allow for further farm rewards boost by locking in LP for a longer period of time.
